    SUMMARY
''Don't expect perfection from either of you. Humans are flawed and marriages aren't perfect, but when both people are committed to making it work.........''

This para phrase from Irene Hannon's book is so realist and amid the general notion about marriage being a bitter sweet affair, she reminds of the reasons why it is so. Not just that but even more.

The author tells a story of an American couple who separates due to so many conflicting interests and priorities that cocoons their marriage, but then again the wife experiences a tragic event that crashes her entire life and throws her in a cascade of panic attacks.

She needs a ''safe haven'' to heal and the only option that presented it self through her friend Liz was the house turned home of her estranged husband. With Love still deeply buried in her heart, mixed with the aching pain of betrayal, she makes the decision to move to the quiet small town of Oak Hill.

The main characters of the Novel are Dr Sam Martin, Cara Martin, Liz Warren and Marge.

   MY THOUGHTS

This book was not really much of a suspense filled story as the end was very predictable but the lessons learnt while reading was worth every page that was flipped. I found it difficult to drop until I finished it. Reasons being that the topic marriage is of interest to me and the story was centered majorly on marriage.

Chapter after chapter the author revealed information about each character on ''a need to know'' basis. The characters were relate able to every day people and my favorite character was Marge. She  brought the pieces of the puzzle together  and was a strategic instrument in informing both the characters and the readers.

      MY RECOMMENDATION

I would at all times recommend this book to couples who would want to establish a stronger and more committed relationship with their partner. If you are looking for action or thriller, this novel is certainly not for you.
But yet again, considering that we all are in some sort of relationship or the other we may just want to read and enjoy a love story.
