Ready For The Next Destination?

2017 was quite an epic year!
It was what I termed a glorious destination with a rough start. 
Quite a number of achievements was made and so many struggles were overcome. 

 The next big question is.......
Are you ready for the next destination?

 The next destination is 2018 which is about few hours from now. 
How ready are you to embark on this journey?

 I see entering into a new year as embarking on a voyage. You don't necessarily know the very exact destination but you plan for an amazing sail by getting fully prepared for the ''Journey''. 

 Life itself is a journey, where the end we don't have a vivid idea as to what it holds.
The sincere truth being that you can actually get to determine where you get to and this depends on what you carry along with you.   
So the question now is, what are you carrying with you?
You are in charge of the vehicle and you decide who you let into the car. 

 I really don't have much to say but I sincerely would want you to make the best out of 2018. Let your goals and resolutions be as realistic as possible. Live your best life each day and enjoy every moment of your life. 

 Few hours to 2018 and we await the new destination. Ready to take off, every checks (on character, goals, resolution, passion and vision) fully completed and we are ready to sail.

 Enjoy every split second of the year.
Be willing to learn
Leave your comfort zone and take up new challenges
Don't forget to live and impact.

The brown rusty leaves rolled over her legs as she sat helpless on the grass. The park was sparsely populated which made it very easy to stay unnoticed. Lifting her head, struggling to see through the heavy clog of tears welling up in her eyes. The day was getting dark, darkness has become her place of solace. She kept a steady gaze at the kids running freely, playing catch while she battled with the decision of either staying back or going home. Home? I twisted to critically appraise my curves in the tall glass one last time. I had not watched television or gone on a proper date for over three months, not since work had become so demanding. Part of me still aggrandized the image of lying in bed, snacking on a good pan pizza and finally sleeping off on some random Netflix movies.
