8 Morning Habits For Better Living.



Its a new year and the struggle to keep up with new year resolutions is real (I personally I'm not a new year resolution kind of person and I'm sure going to talk about that before the end of January). We all know that the morning is one time of the day we are most productive, so I decided to share some healthy habits to imbibe this year and the rest of your life to help you achieve your goals and more importantly become a better person. 


  • Never snooze the alarm button. If you are meant to wake up at 5am, do not indulge by snoozing for another five or ten minutes. That little snooze disrupts your morning routine and ends up being a 30 minutes or one hour sleep in. 
  • Pray/Meditate. Don't forget to start the day with God.
  • Drink at least two glasses of water. If you want to fill your system with a gallon of water, be my guest however I advice two glasses of water to help cleanse your system and get your body ready for the day. 
  • Stay OFF your phone/Social media for the first one or two hours of the day or at least till you have planned for the day and written down your itinerary.
  • Create a work plan/To do list for the day. It's imperative that you plan your day not just mentally but write them down and as you finish any item you thick it done. This exercise has a way of keeping you on schedule thereby helping you avoid frivolities. 
  • Exercise/Workout. in 2019 its very compulsory that we maintain a healthy lifestyle.
  • Prepare for work with a good music and while at it self affirm. 
  • Eat a healthy breakfast before heading out. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and you wouldn't want to skip it. Fuel your brain with the glucose it needs
