DIY: HOME MADE LIP SCRUB

Have you ever licked your lips and that immediate reaction of squeezing your face and muttering "Hell no, that's some dry chapped lips" hits you?

Well it's the dry season here in Nigeria and one has to constantly carry a lip gloss around. Even with the constant moisturising of the lips it still gets dry real quick hence you need to exfoliate your lips at least twice a week to keep it soft and (kissable).

Ingredients
Grounded sugar (1 cup): Sugar is a good humectant hence it keeps the lips hydrated and it's also an excellent exfoliant.

Lemon (1): Lightens the lips because of it's high vitamin c content

Honey (1 dessert spoon): Softens the lips

Oats: (1 dessert spoon): Rich in antioxidants and helps reduce the grainy effect of the sugar granules.

Method of application

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and scrub lips with it. Wash off with warm water and apply gloss on lips. This mixture can be used six more times. Store in a refrigerator after first use.

Exfoliate twice a week and thank me after one month when you see the difference on your lips.
